• Student Administration Fee – £150.00
  (This includes: Setting up of a tenancy agreement, the collection of guarantor forms, registering and returning of deposits and setting up of standing orders for monthly rent)
• Professional Administration Fee – One Month’s Rent
  (This includes: Setting up of a tenancy agreement, the collection of guarantor forms, registering and returning of deposits and setting up of standing orders for monthly rent)
• Landlord Tenant Find Fee – One Month’s Rent
• Landlord Management Fee – 12%
• Late Payment of Rent Charge – 3% above bank base rate
• Lost or Broken Keys – £30.00
• Cost of Repair  – Where repair work is required due to tenant misuse/negligence or misinformation
• Replacement Lock – Cost of Invoice
• Locked Out Call Out Charge – £60.00
• Tenancy Renewal Fee – £60.00 per tenant
• Landlord Reference Fee – £36.00 per tenant
• Amendment to Tenancy by Tenant – £50.00
• Debit Card Payments are Subject to Bank Charges – £1.00
• Credit Card Payments are Subject to Bank Charges – 5%
