Flexible bills inclusive packages and shared accommodation
We offer flexible rent packages, for example utility bills, cleaning and television can all be included into your rent. This can be tailor made to make life easier for you and help to budget more easily. There is a variety of ways to pay your rent, yearly, termly and monthly.

Deposit
We require a deposit which is the equivalent of one month's rent. This is to cover any damage that could potentially occur during the tenancy.
Your deposit is registered and held in the Deposit Protection Service.
The DPS will send you an ID number of which you will be able to access their website to see your deposit registered.
When your tenancy ends, we will conduct a checkout inspection on the condition of the property and to assess the amount of deposit which will be returned. The deposit will then be returned to you directly from the DPS.
Guarantor
A Guarantor is normally required in the case of failure to pay rent; the guarantor will be able to pay the rent for you. The guarantor will have to fill in a form and supply Identification in the way of passport or driver's license. A guarantor form can be downloaded from the link below.
Rent payment methods
Rent payments can be made by the following methods
- Creating a Standing order for you or your guarantor. The standing order mandate can be downloaded from the link below.
- Bank Account details can be provided to set up payments online, please ensure to add the property address and surname as reference in order for us to allocate the payment correctly.
- Cash, Cheque, credit and debit card payments.
