Are bills included?

For many of our lets, full bills are included, however it’s best to get in contact just to make sure. If this is a necessity for you then we will be able to find a property to suit your needs.

What accreditations and certificants do the houses have?

Our houses comply with the University Accreditation Scheme, (for student properties) HMO Licensing regulations and have the necessary Energy Performance Certificate, Electrical Certificate and CP12 Gas safety Certificates.

Are short term lets available?

For some properties, short term lets may be available. Please get in touch and we’ll be able to advise further.

Are the flats furnished?

For student properties, all come with double beds, leather sofas and IKEA furniture. All of our student properties have gas central heating systems maintained by Gasafe registered engineers.

Professional houses are typically the same but do vary, if this is a deciding factor for you then please get in contact and let us know your requirements.

How is the public transport around the houses?

Newcastle on the whole has very good transport links, with buses and metros running regularly, all of our houses are a short walk away from nearby metro stations or bus stops that will get you to the city centre or where you want to go.

Heaton is one of the most sought after locations for young professionals and students due to the amazing transport links and affordable rent prices. Chillingham Road is the centre of what happens in Heaton, with rows of shops and other facilities which will ensure that you won’r need to travel far to find what you’re looking for.

Sandyford is in the middle of Jesmond and the City Centre, it’s also close to the town moor, which is 1000 acres of greenland for local residents to explore and relax.

Jesmond is close to the City Centre and town moor, it’s also only a stones throw away from Gosforth and everything it has to offer. A slightly more expensive area but it definitely shows, with lots of incredible cafes and bars around, you’ll never find yourself without something to do.
